Procedure for ordering spare parts

  • Determine the required spare parts using the diagram.
  • Send the partnumbers, amount, as well as your name and invoice-/delivery address by E-Mail to info@solidbikes.de .
  • You will receive an quote with the prices and shipping costs as well as the payment methods.
  • If you accept the quote, a short reply is sufficient and after payment we will dispatch your order.
  • For returns / wrong orders, we charge a reinelaung of 10€.
